The mouth pieces I bought are awesome. Coming from someone who grinds his teeth while lifting weights this was a great add to my workout routine

Been using New Age for 3 years now. Not going to try and sell anyone on strength gains. All I know is that since I've started using them I've been able to lift without any pains in my sinus cavity or at the base of my head. I can drink, breathe, and talk without having to take it out of my mouth. Lastly, I don't have to redirect my focus to my mouth and worry about clenching so hard that I chip, crack, or break a tooth. And I have ushered a few people that love them as much as or more than I do.

It works great! Molded to mouth good and stays put. Don't care for the design on side of guard cause it is wearing off and getting into my body.

This mouthpiece comes with easy to follow instructions on fitting your mouthpiece before use. I have chipped my teeth while lifting before from grinding and no longer worry about that.

I ware it everytime work out and i don't have a problem breathing

I used to find myself clenching my teeth a lot while lifting, and having to stop myself from doing so out of fear of breaking my teeth. I also have a lot of pain in my right should from previous sports injuries which has hindered my lifting in the past. After using the 6DS mouthpiece, I have been able to push through the pain easier, times when I would bite down during a heavy lift I do so without hesitation. Even if this is a placebo effect, I don't care. I use it with every workout, and find myself feeling more stable, strong, and confident while lifting especially when i go heavy.

Love it I wish I knew about products sooner

I rarely write more than 3-4 word reviews but... Apparently, I chomp down extremely hard when I lift. I began to have jaw problems, even to the point of being unable to open my mouth no wider than a spoon's width (to my husband's delight lol). Got the 6DS mouthpiece out of desperation and found it was easy to mold (having had little or no success with other self molding mouthpieces). Within a week of using the 6DS, the pain in my jaw was nearly gone and I could actually once again open my mouth (alas my husband's joy was short-lived). HIGHLY recommend. As a side note, the bar on my squat seemed to level out-I tend to lift crooked-which was a huge plus!

Love it waiting on my 6d's now aswell!
