Great mouth piece. I normal don’t train with one in but with the new age mouth piece I can and do very comfortable. It’s a must for strongman.

This is by far the most crucial piece of lifting equipment I use. I couldn't believe how much it helps with ALL of my exercises and lifts. Highly recommend and I will be ordering another one soon.

Protects your teeth from clenching while doing intense activity, and you feel the difference compared to a regular mouthpiece. For me, I can tell it lines my jaw up since I have an under bite and when I clench my jaw with the mouthpiece in, I feel more stable than when I clench my jaw normally without a mouthpiece in

This is another item in my gym bag that I cannot be without. As a powerlifter with TMJ issues, the 6ds is a must have for me. If I try to lift heavy without it I don't feel confident to bite down without hurting myself to a point that I will have severe tmj issues and not be able to eat very easily for a few weeks. My dentist was very excited to hear about the product and now recommends it to everyone that lifts.

Brilliant gift with my order (the 5d) I'll be honest I'll probably never use it as I use the 6d exclusively and it's incredible so I doubt I'll ever switch. But the 5d looks to be the same great quality as the 6d so I can't see why it wouldn't be just as good if that's the one your interested in. Brilliant company highly recommended. Also would highly recommend getting the year's supply cause once you start using these you'll never want to be without.

Bad jaw clencher during, deadlifts and bench, this has completely got rid of the problem, wish I'd found it earlier! Definitely highly recommend
