Improved focus and stability during lifts and allows me to train to absolute failure while not worrying about permanent damage on my teeth or me accidentally biting my tongue. For beginners or moderate lifters this may seem extreme and unnecessary but to my more experienced lifters who understand the meaning of training to absolute failure and the effects it has on you. Y’all should understand my pain from the intense biting down on my teeth or accidental tongue bite on those last few reps.

This is a game changer. Added balance and can definitely get an extra 3 reps out!

Saves my teeth during heavy and lighter lifts alike! Very durable along without losing comfort.

I was very skeptical at first. But after using it I actual feel more solid and stronger. My only problem is my gag reflex, I have to stick my tongue through the mouthpiece until I start lifting and remove it as soon as I complete the lift. I guess I will get used to it though. I will definitely buy more of these when this once this one wear out.

This thing is great and will help save my teeth over years of clenching.

Makes it easier to train beyond failure

My favorite Mode guard. I actually use it for contact sports bjj But of course doesn't provide any protection for your friend teeth. Absolutely be sure to fit it right.

The New Age Performance 6DS is truly noticeable when training at 80% or better. I highly recommend the use during those hard working sets.

6DS always helps pull thru my workouts. I can’t workout without it.
