I’ve lifted for years.

Like most serious lifters, I tracked everything. Training splits, macros, sleep, even hydration.

And still, I hit a plateau.

I realized I wasn’t tapping into my full physiological potential.

Getting the perfect fit takes just a few minutes. Here’s how to do it:

  • Step 1: Boil water and pour it into a cup. Let it sit for 30 seconds.
  • Step 2: Drop the 6DS mouthpiece into the hot water for 60 seconds.
  • Step 3: Carefully remove it with tongs and shake off excess water.
  • Step 4: Place it on your bottom teeth and bite down firmly. Use your fingers to press it against the front and sides of your teeth. Suck in air to tighten the fit.
  • Step 5: Hold for 30 seconds, then remove and place it in cold water to set the shape.
  • Step 6: Test the fit. It should feel snug, not tight—and stay in during training without effort.
