Terms of service:

1. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, brokerage fees, and taxes, which are determined by the destination country and typically collected upon delivery. New Age Performance is not responsible for orders refused due to non-payment of these charges.
2. Flat rate shipping is sent via USPS for U.S. and USPS/comparable carriers for all international orders, and local carriers within Canada. Tracking is available within the U.S. and Canada; international tracking may be limited once the package reaches the destination country unless a fully trackable option is selected.
3. Please monitor your tracking and ensure arrangements are made to receive your package and pay any applicable fees. New Age Performance is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or deemed undeliverable by customs or local carriers.
4. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing (longer during peak periods), plus shipping time. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
