Refund Policy

Our mouthpieces are custom-fit products designed to be molded specifically to your teeth. Because fit, comfort, and effectiveness cannot be determined until the mouthpiece has been properly molded and worn, customers are required to mold and use the mouthpiece for the full 7-day adaptation period before requesting a refund under our satisfaction guarantee.

If, after properly fitting the mouthpiece and completing the 7-day adaptation period, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a full refund.

Requests based solely on unmolded or unworn mouthpieces are not eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee.

If your order arrives with a defect, you receive the wrong item, or there is another issue that is determined to be our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. For all refund or exchange inquiries, please contact us directly at info@newageperformance.com.

Approved refunds apply to the product cost and original shipping charges where applicable. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable and must be claimed through your local government or customs authority.
