- Customer is responsible for all duty, brokerage and applicable taxes based on the destination of the order. Please check with your local government for local laws. These will be charged COD, on delivery. New Age Performance is not responsible for orders refused due to non-payment of your local duty and brokerage charges on delivery.
- When flat rate shipping is selected all shipping is carried out by USPS for US and International orders, and local carriers within Canada. When flat rate shipping is selected, it is traceable within the United States and Canada. Internationally, upon reaching the destination country it is carried out by your local carrier service and is not traceable after reaching your local country. If traceable shipping is chosen it is traceable to your door Internationally.

- Please insure you track your package so you are at home to receive your order and pay the applicable duty and taxes or make alternate arrangements to do so with your local carrier. New Age is not responsible for packages held by local customs or carriers when orders are undeliverable.
- Please allow an additional 2-3 business days (longer during a sales period) to prepare your order for shipment in addition to the time frames provided for shipping. Once you have received your tracking information allow 24 hours for the information to be uploaded.
