If you are not completely satisfied with your New Age Performance mouthpiece, just contact us within 30 days from your date of purchase and we will gladly refund your money!

For all return, refund, or exchange inquiries, please contact us directly at info@newageperformance.com so our team can review your request and provide the appropriate next steps. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, mouthpieces are not eligible for traditional returns once opened; however, we are happy to work with you to find the best possible solution. In cases where there is a defect, incorrect item, or issue deemed our responsibility, we will provide resolution options accordingly. Refunds apply to the product cost and original shipping where applicable; duties and brokerage fees are non-refundable and must be claimed through your local government.
