I have used the 5ds for about a year and recently switched to the 6ds and I think it's better for my purposes. I do a bodybuilding routine and it's nice because I tend to clench especially when I'm going heavy.

I have been weight training for 17 years, and half of that i did not use a mouth guard. Not only can you lift heavier but you can avoid so much pain. I have cracked 3 molars in the past and headaches from heavier deads. This solves all of those issues. This is truly One of a Kind product the only can I lift heavier when I'm biting down but when I know I'm doing my heavy lift for my squats and bench press and deadlifts or Rose or any kind that requires heavy movement I can bite down on this hard and Abby and it does not hurt and my teeth are protected and yet I can breathe through this I always were recommend this coming to anyone who's into bodybuilding powerlifting doesn't matter what you're doing I will recommend cuz they have the best heavy lifting guards ever I have ever tried out
